Boualay Sayarath Obituary (1945 - 2013)

Boualay Sayarath at the age of 73 passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends, on November 4, 2013. Boualay was born and raised in a small town in Laos. There he married his wife Panh and started a family. Later they moved to the United States and established a home in Sandy, Utah. Now he has raised five children and eleven grandchildren. He was loving, respected, and a thoughtful husband, father, and grandfather. Boualay was a passionate man, always dedicating himself to not only his family, but to the Laotian community. He constantly spent most of his time with his family. He was at one with nature, always fishing and gardening to find peace of mind. Boualay's teachings and spirit will always live on through his wife Panh, his children; Vieng, Boualoy, Bouavanh, Bounchanh, Wricky, his grandchildren, and other hearts he has touched.
