Joe "Nick" N. Archuleta Obituary (1958 - 2009)

“Nick” Our beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend peacefully passed away on November 14, 2009. Nick was born on October 19, 1958 to Agapito Ronel and Arcelia Giron Archuleta in Salt Lake City, Utah. He enjoyed frequent trips to Wendover and weekly poker games with the guys and Aunt Di. He was an avid Lakers and Raiders Fan. He is survived by his daughters, Mercedes (Esteban) Gutierrez and Daniella; grandchildren, Esteban Jr. and Ramona; mother, Arcelia; sisters, Lucy Gonzales and Tona Lopez of Beaverton, OR; brother, Steve (Tina) Archuleta; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Ronnie; grandparents, Joe and Dulce Nella Giron. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at 12 Noon at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 715 W. 300 N., SLC, Utah under the direction of Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary. There will be a visitation at the church Wednesday from 11-12. Cremation will follow the services.
