Carol Hall Christensen, our beautiful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away on February 23, 2020 at her home in Murray, Utah.\r\n\tShe was born June 15, 1945 in Manti, Utah to Leeland F. and Agnes Olena Shaw Hall. She attended Manti High School. On November 17, 1961, she married Paul E. Meyers. Together they had three children – Kimberly, Stacey and Russell. They later divorced.\r\n\tCarol was a dependable, hard worker and enjoyed working. She started her career as a beautician and later worked for Zions National Bank, Olan Mills Portrait Studios and later retired from Smith’s Food & Drug Stores. She loved to spend time with family and friends. She befriended everyone regardless of their circumstances. She loved to travel, cook, garden, and read books authored by Danielle Steel. She enjoyed watching cooking shows and trying new recipes. Her favorite food was Italian!! She especially loved her sweet dog, Precious. Carol was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.\r\n\tCarol is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly and Stacey (Ray), her brother Jerald Hall, 5 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by her parents,; her brother, Neil; her sister, Judy; and her son, Russell.\r\n\tA celebration of Carol’s life will be held at the Park Wood LDS ward building located at 5927 South Park Wood Drive, Kearns, Utah on March 7, 2020 at noon.
