Alldridge M. Evans Obituary (1948 - 2018)

1948 ~ 2018 Alldridge Manning Evans, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away December 24, 2018. He was born June 28, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John Alldridge Evans and Helen Esther Evans. He was married to Mary Ann Gillespie Evans for 52 years. Al’s family always came first, his greatest joy was his son, John, and his five grandchildren. He received an Associate’s degree, along with machine and electrical certifications. Alldridge was a California Highway Patrolman for 20 years. He loved to work with his hands, ride his Harley, play his guitar, shoot, play golf, do photography and ride horseback . Alldridge is survived by his wife, Mary; son, John Alldridge Evans; grandchildren: Jarod, Abigail, and Tyler Evans, Alexander and Emma Tancreto; daughter-in-law, Kelley Tancreto; siblings: Anna Lee (Reed) Ashcraft, Michael (Debbie) Evans, Kathleen (Scott) Hail; and sister-in-law, Cathy (Donald) Jackson. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 4, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at the Eighteenth North LDS Ward, 135 A Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, with a viewing from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
