Our beloved wife, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, Andrea Marie Habel Greenberg, 28, passed away late Friday night, July 22, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Andrea was born January 24, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Steven and Jeanne Baker Habel. She always had and we are sure she still has a smile on her face just waiting to talk to the next person. She enjoyed many things in her short life and certainly made the most of every minute here. As a child she enjoyed participating in Sunshine Generation, girl scouts, piano lessons, socializing with friends wherever and whenever possible. She attended every activity in high school that was possible including dances, games and just hanging out. She enjoyed every minute of attending Murray High School where she graduated from in 2001. She also enjoyed camping and lots of vacations with her family and friends of which she had many. Then on August 15, 2006 she married Carl Greenberg in the Jordan River Temple. They lived in a little duplex by the Jordan River Parkway where they loved to take walks.
Andrea is survived by her husband, Carl Greenberg, her parents, Steven and Jeanne Habel, brother, Richard Steven Habel (Amanda) and two sisters, Jeri Dawn Drury (Cary), and Marissa Lee Whitehorn (Jon) and a grandmother, Fern “Gammy” Nelson Baker Leavitt (Lug), a nephew, Trevor Drury, and four nieces, Kylee Drury, Arcadia and Mekensy Habel, Natalie Whitehorn along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Alec Bryant Habel and Garrick Jamison Habel, grandparents, Richard Sanders Baker, Richard and Lucille Hansen Habel.
