Ayslin Faith Rhodes Obituary (2015 - 2015)

Ayslin Faith Rhodes passed peacefully in her mommy's arms, surrounded by her daddy, sister, brother, and others who loved her, at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah on Monday, May 18, 2015 due to medical complications. Ayslin, born Saturday, May 16, 2015 touched many lives and was deeply loved by all who met her and even those who didn't during that fleeting time. She joins Great-Grandma Darlene and Great-Grandpa Jasper Rhodes, Great-Grandpa Frank Ashley, Great-Auntie Angela Carr, Great-Grandpa Manuel Aragon, Great-Uncle Gilbert, and Great-Great Grandma Cris Lobato in heaven. She is survived by her mom and dad, Nicole and William Rhodes; her sister, Baylie; her brother, Lliam; grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Viewing services will be held at the Jenkins Soffe Mortuary (4760 S. State St., Murray, UT.) from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 and an hour prior to the funeral service, which will be held on Wednesday, May 27th at 12 p.m. with a following graveside service at Bountiful Memorial Park (2224 S 200 W, Bountiful, UT.)
