Bobbie Gale (Barton-Anderson) Ryan, passed away August 7, 2013. She was born June 21, 1944 to Marjorie (Hamby-Barton) Butterfield and Robert Barton in Cincinnati, OH. She was one of four sisters, all of whom she loved dearly.
Bobbie had 2 daughters, Erika and Tiffany that she devoted her life to, making sure that they knew they could be anything they aspired to be. She also had one grandson, William, that she doted on every day of her life.
Bobbie's lifelong goal was to obtain her bachelor's degree in social science and at the age of 40, she accomplished her goal and became a social worker for Utah's Department of Child and Family Services. She spent many years working with youth to help them through the tough times in their lives. She, and the kids she interacted with, were better people because of her patience and commitment to them.
Bobbie is survived by her two daughters, Tiffany Anderson and Erika (Anderson) Andrach, one grandson, William Henry Wilson III, one great granddaughter, Harper Lee Wilson, and her two sisters, Margie (Barton) Rezai and Wanda (Barton) Strack, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She has now rejoined her parents and baby sister, Lara (Jaques) Martinez to watch over us.
Mom, we will love you and carry you with us until we see you again.
