Early on January 28, 2007, Bonnie Dean Tranter returned to the awaiting arms of our Father in Heaven.\n\nBonnie was born in West Jordan to Melvin and Vanda Holman Naylor. She graduated from Jordan High School in 1951 along with her identical twin and best friend, Betty. She married her sweetheart, Reid W. Tranter, on July 6, 1951; later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple. They lived in Kansas while serving in the military and moved to Murray upon their return in 1952, where she raised her family and worked as an oral surgical assistant.\n\nBonnie was a faithful member of the LDS church. She taught many Christ like principles by example, and her greatest gift was serving others. Mom loved to travel with her sweetheart, Reid, and see the fall colors. Her family was her greatest joy in life, and she always enjoyed whipping up a big meal for everyone. She served as a mother to many.\n\nBonnie will be greatly missed by her family.
