Britaldo López Burgos was born in Oyotun - Chiclayo Perú on June 4, 1938. He married Aura Violeta Diez Portilla, they were sealed in Lima Peru Temple – together they had 6 sons and 4 daughters; Alfonso (Orietta), Pilar (Stephen), Jimmy (Leslie), Yamir (Rosario), Yessenia (Carlos), Jackeline (Ladislao), Milenka (Jorge ), 20 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served as bishop. He had a great love for his follow men and neighbors leaving his medical studies to dedicate his life in teaching and training new generations. He leaves behind his brother Orlando, sisters Luz Amparo and Cristina with whom he always got along and had great communication. Precede in death by his beloved wife, parents, and children José Martin, Martin José y Farit David.
The Lord called him to his presence on December 21, 2013, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Viewing will be at 9:30am, his funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, the 26th of December 2013, at the LDS church: 6175 W. Borax Ave. Kearns, UT 84118

Britaldo López Burgos nació en Oyotun – Lambayeque - Perú el 4 de Junio de 1938. Contrajo matrimonio con Aura Violeta Diez Portilla. Con quien se sello en el templo de Lima Perú – y tuvieron diez hijos ; Alfonso (Orietta), Pilar ( Stephen), Jimmy ( Leslie), Yamir (Rosario), Yessenia (Carlos), Jackeline ( Ladislao), Milenka (Jorge), 20 nietos y 04 bisnietos.
El era un miembro activo de la iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días donde sirvió como Obispo. Su amor al prójimo fue grande dejando sus estudios de medicina para ejercer la docencia y formar las nuevas generaciones. Sobreviven sus hermanos Orlando, Luz Amparo Cristina con quién siempre mantuvo una gran harmonía y comunicación.
Preceden a él su amada esposa, padres, y sus hijos José Martin, Martin José y Farit David.
El Señor lo llamo a su presencia el día 21 de Diciembre de 2013, en la ciudad de Salt Lake City, Utah.
Los servicios del funeral se llevaran a cabo En la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días, El día martes 26 de diciembre a las 11:00 am. Previa visita será a las 9:30 a.m.
