Caiden Lee Wilson Obituary (2001 - 2008)

“Caidaway” Our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend passed from this life on Friday June 13, 2008. Caidaway began his journey November 28, 2001 in the Payson hospital. His spirit immediately captured the hearts of all who came in contact with him. Even at 6 years old his infectious personality was the focal point of every room. He lived his short life to the fullest and there was never a dull moment. He enjoyed playing with his friends from the moment he came home from school until the last light of the day. Our Caidaway was an exceptional student where he attended Challenger. Every Friday (test day) we had to get him a treat for every 100% he earned and he earned a lot of treats. Aside from being a wonderful student he was an artist who loved to draw. It was impossible to find a blank sheet of paper in the house. He lived his life as a super hero, mostly Spiderman but occasionally became The Thing or Batman and was a member of multiple “Three Musketeers” groups. Caidaway spent most of his weekends hanging out with his cousins and grandparents. He loved four-wheeling which he had been doing since age 3, and was an expert at guitar hero III (he often pointed out that he was the best player in the family). His big brother and best friend had a unique relationship, and were inseparable. They did everything together without ever fighting. Caidaway was a very loving person and never left a conversation without saying “I love you!” He will be sorely missed and is survived by his brother, parents, grandparents and dozens of extend family members who were very involved in his life. There will be a viewing Wednesday June 18th at 12:00pm followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan.
