Chloe Ann Cappello Obituary (2013 - 2013)

Chloe Ann Cappello was born still on 6/12/2013 at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. Our little angel had a chromosomal disorder called Triploidy. Despite the overwhelming odds of a prognosis that is "incompatible with life" she lived a miraculous 32 weeks, a miracle that allowed her twin sister to be born healthy and strong. She made the most of her beautiful life by keeping her sister company and kicking her older sisters through moms tummy. When Chloe passed she was head to head with her twin. She will forever be our angel and will always be a quiet whisper in her sisters'ears to guide them throughout their lives. Chloe is survived by her twin Carina Hope, sisters Mia Carmela (6) Aria Lucia (3), Mom Jessica Ann, Dad Carmen Tullio, Grandparents Marc and Karen DiFrancesco (South Jordan), Grandmother Joanne Landi (Jackson, NJ) and Grandfather George Cappello (West Jordan) as well as many other Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. The family wishes to thank Doctor Natalie Loewen and her staff, the Angel Watch program and the NILMDTS team for their care and support during this time.
