Coralyn Davis

Coralyn Lange Davis, beloved mother, grand-mother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on October 3, 2026, after a courageous battle with dementia. She was born on February 20, 1954, to Blanche Kirwan and Ferdinand Lange.

Coralyn grew up in Livingston, Montana before making West Valley City, Utah her home for nearly 40 years. She dedicated more than 35 years of her life to working as a medical assistant, where she cared for others with compassion and dedication.

Coralyn had a deep love for animals and enjoyed spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book and watching her favorite TV shows. She had a gentle spirit and a heart that cared deeply for those around her.

She is survived by her daughter, Lacey; her grand-children, Alonzo (Kaila), Cyrus (Aubry), Khristopher, Elizabeth, and Mckenzie; 4 great-grandchildren; her sister, Becky, and many other family members and loved ones.

Coralyn was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie; her son, Adam; Aunts, Uncles and parents.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 4760 S. State Street, Murray, Utah

Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Valley View Cemetery, 4100 S. 4335 W., West Valley City, Utah.

Coralyn's kindness, her love for her family, and the life she shared with those around her will remain in our hearts forever. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
