David John McDaniel (McDaniels) passed away March 19, 2009 in Las Vegas.\n\nHe was born February 8th 1961 to Audrey Massey McDaniel and Ralph Melvin McDaniel in Salt Lake City Utah. David attended Granite High School and lived in Utah, Wyoming, Arizona and Las Vegas. David was a carpenter, dry waller and welder for Carpenters Union Local 1977 in Las Vegas, NV.\n\nDavid loved anything to do with water—fishing, waterskiing and jet skiing. He loved camping, riding his motorcycle and Quad, spending time with friends and family, and most of all laughter. Trips with Dave were always an adventure and gave all of us stories we will tell our grandchildren. David always had a mischievous twinkle in his eye and was up for anything. He had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. He touched everyone that knew him and left us all with powerful memories that we will carry in our hearts forever. He will be missed and loved by those he left behind. \n\nFriends and family are invited to a visitation at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, Murray, Utah on Saturday, March 28th from 3-5 pm. After David’s visitation, we will celebrate David’s life at Green Street from 6-9 pm located at 602 East 500 South, SLC, Utah.
