Granny returned home, peacefully to her loving Heavenly Father. She is preceded in death by her parents Lynn and Eldora Randall, her brother Dale, and her loving husband, Richard Peter Schuif. She is survived by her children, Jelaire (George), KoNae (Jerry), Chalon (Duncan), eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and her brother Howard.\r\n\r\nShe was born in Ucon, Idaho and she grew up as a farm girl and carried that work ethic with her throughout her life. Later she attended Ricks College where she graduated as a Nurse. She worked in the ICU, ER, and Nursing admin, where she made lifelong friends. She loved being a nurse and enjoyed the thrill in a good ambulance chase. She found joy in caring for those throughout her community, ward, and family.\r\n\r\nDeAnn served faithfully in many church callings because she believed that when called upon to serve you should do so whole heartedly and with the desire to make a difference in the lives of those you serve.\r\n\r\nOn February 14, 1964, she was married for time and all eternity to the love of her life and together they built a life that was led by the teachings of Jesus Christ. She exemplified service to those around her. She truly was a classic and lived by her motto C.O.K.E. (charity, obedience, kindness equal eternal life). In her younger years she cared for those around her and in return later in life those around her cared for her. As a family we will be eternally grateful for the love that you have shown to our mom. So, when you think of her, we invite you to sit back, relax, and have a COKE and a smile.\r\n\r\nThere will be a viewing on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Country Park Stake Center, 2447 West 11400 South, South Jordan, Utah, with a viewing prior to the service at the church from 10:00-10:45 am.
