He loved his dogs and they provided him great companionship over the years. He loved to cheer on the Packers, Yankees and Utes, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends when they would come say hi to him at his home.\n\nDenny served in the Army, based in Alaska during the Vietnam war. His family would like to extend a special thanks to the 40+ years of care provided by the nurses, doctors and staff at Veterans Affairs, and all the other caregivers involved in his wellbeing over the years. Thanks to their dedicated care he was one of the longest living paraplegics in the VA healthcare system. \n\nDenny is survived by his children; Jason and Valerie Dille, Shawn and Ansley Dille, Brian Dille, Erin and Mitchell Rickey and James and Jenny Lowe, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
