“Woodie”\nOur dear friend, Woodie, died December 20, 2006. He was born March 19, 1920 at Council Bluffs, IA to Lee and Elsie Wenger Graybill. In 1942 he married Marie Kimnach, who died in 1973. He married Marilyn Eckert Phillips on May 8, 1980; she died June 18, 1989. He had no descendants. Woodie lived in Omaha, NE until his retirement in 1985, and then moved to Utah. Faithful as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses since 1936, he was part of the Millcreek congregation in SLC, UT at the time of his death. His congregation was like his family and he was especially loved as part of the Bingham, Negrette, and Youngberg families. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him well. Woodie looked forward to the fulfillment of Jehovah God’s promise at Revelation 21:4; “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” \nMemorial services will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (2240 So. 600 E., SLC, UT), under the direction of Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary.
