Farid Baruque Martinez Obituary (1974 - 2018)

Returned home to his Heavenly Father on Friday April 6, 2018. His courage and strong spirit will be very missed. While on this earth he had a love for family, soccer and friends but more especially for his son Zayd. He wanted to spend every moment he could with him. You will not find a better father than he has been to that boy. He pressed forward in his car detail business where he did work for some of the leading car dealerships in the valley. He was known for his perfectionist job. They loved his work and he was always fair in price to everyone. He was a Colombian through and through and loved to root for the Colombian soccer team. To him there was no better team on this earth. We will love and miss him. He was preceded by death by his father and mother Hugo and Edith. He was survived by his sisters Fadwa and Naysla and their families, his step brothers Jose Farid and Yuri Enrique and his beloved son, Zayd Eliott. May you eternally Rest In Peace. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Union Park 6th Ward, 8060 South 615 East, Sandy, Utah, with a viewing from 10:00 – 10:45 am prior to the service. Interment at Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
