Our husband, father, and grandpa passed away peacefully at home on\nNovember 30, 2008.\n\nBorn in S.L.C., Utah on May 5, 1927, the oldest of five children of Joseph Otto Henry and Hilda Snow Lundquist.\n\nFarrell graduated from Murray High School where he played basketball and football. He served in the Navy in WWII. He married Donna Belle McDonald on August 23, 1950. Together, they raised three sons and two daughters. He worked as an insurance auditor and engineer for United Pacific and Travelers. Farrell was a master gardener and loved golf and photography.\n\nHe leaves behind his wife, Donna; sisters Lou (Lloyd) Naylor and Denise Eckersley; children Cole (Christy) Lundquist, Chris (Mirna) Lundquist, David Lundquist, Bonnie (Chuck) McHenry, Kathy (Keith) Davis; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Robert Lundquist and Garr (Penny) Lundquist.\n\nFarrell’s viewing will be Wednesday, December 3, 2008, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street. Graveside services will follow at \n11:30 a.m. at Murray City Cemetery, 5600 So. Vine Street.
