Faun Geneve Allen Zetterquist, passed away peacefully at the age of 78 on January 24, 2023 in the early morning hours. She had her family by her side. She was our loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend and will be dearly missed. \n\nShe was born in Loa, Utah and spent her childhood in Bicknell, Utah. She was raised by parents Paul Knowlton Allen and Ella Baker Allen along with 14 brothers and sisters.\n\nFaun graduated from Wayne High in 1962. Shortly after graduation, she met Michael A Zetterquist in Salt Lake City, Utah and was married in September of 1964 in Bicknell, Utah. She enjoyed Wayne County and visited as much as possible. \n\nShe worked for and retired twice from Becton Dickinson after 28 years in the Sandy Utah office where she was beloved by all and was a very hard and dedicated worker.\n\nFaun was very kind, loving and selfless; she will never be forgotten. \n\nShe raised 3 children in Sandy, Utah; Paige Michelle Zetterquist Marsh, 57 (Curtis Marsh; spouse), Michael Scott Zetterquist, 54 (Bethany Gardner Zetterquist; spouse) and Matthew Aaron Zetterquist, 49 (Brittany Jorgensen Zetterquist; spouse). She also had 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.\n\nA public viewing and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home located on 1007 West South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. The viewing is held from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and immediately followed by funeral services from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. \n\nFaun will be cremated and her ashes will be buried in Bicknell Utah City cemetery.
