Guyanne Hansen 1948-2025 “Love you more” Guyanne Louise Hansen was born on March 22 1948, in Burley, Idaho to Guy and Barbara Roberts. She passed away on June 13, 2025. Guyanne grew up in Redding, California the oldest of three children. She graduated from Shasta High and attended Ricks College. During her time at Ricks she met and married James Hansen. Together they had four children. Though they later divorced they remained friends and continued to enjoy time with their family and grandchildren. She worked for an insurance company for many years, where she was known for her reliability, attention to detail, and quiet dedications. Reluctantly she took early retirement due to her health. She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose quiet strength, deep compassion, and unconditional love touched everyone who knew her. Fiercely independent, she never wanted to be a burden, especially to her children. Despite her health she lived a life of humility, kindness, and quiet resilience. She always did her best to care for those around her and remained a steady loving presence in her family’s life. She will be missed dearly. She is survived by her four children: Rob Hansen (Linny), Brent Hansen, Erica Haugen (Ryan), and Todd Hansen (Kim); her beloved grandchildren: Tyler Haugen, Mason Haugen, Hannah Hansen, Mady Hansen, and Logan Hansen; her sister Barbie Royal (Howie), her brother Mike (Camille); numerous nieces and nephews. Her gentle spirit and loving heart will live on in each of them. Anytime we told our mom or grandma we loved her she simply responded with “Love you more” a phrase that will echo in our hearts forever. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
