Our beloved mother, grandmother, and aunt Heidi Sanders was born October 2, 1919 to Lena Allenspach and Joseph Anton Reiser in Teufen, Switzerland and passed away June 11, 2012 in Salt Lake. She married S. Stephen Sanders October 16, 1940 in the Salt Lake Temple.\n\nHeidi worked in various accounting positions throughout her life, retiring from J.C. Penney’s Western Accounting Division after 25 years of employment. Upon retirement, she volunteered with IHC for over 20 years doing weekly blood pressure readings for seniors, originally at Cottonwood Hospital and later at the Murray Heritage Center.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Kathie S. Musser (Amos); grandson, Stephen S. Musser; and brothers, Hans Reiser and Heinz Reiser. She is survived by her sister, Ruth R. Fehr (Russ) of Los Angeles; daughter, Heidi S. Wynn (Steve) of Spokane; son, David R. (Arlee) of Salt Lake; ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.\n\nGraveside services will be Friday, June 15, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 E. 4580 S., Salt Lake.
