John Benjamin Bardin passed away on October 19, 2013, surrounded by family and friends. His long and valiant struggle with Marfan Syndrome came to a peaceful end.
John was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 16, 1980 to Pamela Kathleen (Holbrook) and Jefferson Davis Bardin. He married Heather Marie (Blue) on September 4, 2005.
Heather and Bryan were the center of his universe, and family was his only priority. His heart wasn't strong, but it was large enough to include everyone he met. He was patient, kind, and always eager to help someone in need. His laughter was contagious, and his sense of humor helped us all through the rough spots.
He loved soccer, fishing, camping, and gardening. Being outdoors was always a treat – especially at the beach or in the mountains. He loved assembling and racing radio-controlled cars, and he was the undisputed champion of Monopoly and Risk.
John is survived by his wife, Heather (Blue) Bardin, son Bryan, parents Jeff and Pam Bardin, sister Joelle (Boyd) Hazzard, brother Jeremy Bardin, niece Grace Steele, and grandmother Wilma Blue.
