Jolynn Lee Webb, age 74, died August 24, 2010 after a courageous battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). She was born February 14, 1936, in Monroe, Utah, the youngest child of Clark and Ruth Neilsen Lee. She married James Earl Webb June 7, 1959 in Elko, Nevada. She was the mother of 5 sons and 1 daughter; Steven, Kendall, Jeffrey, Gregory, James, and Sonya.\n\nJolynn loved camping, fishing and all sports. She enjoyed taking family vacations and spending quality time with family and friends. Jolynn’s greatest accomplishments were her children, raising them and supporting them in all endeavors, and most of all unconditional love. As her children grew and started their own families, she was always present at all her grandchildren’s activities: from baseball and singing to dance recitals, she was everyone’s FAVORITE FAN!!!\n\nShe is survived by her husband James Earl Sr. of Taylorsville, 6 children Steve (Vicki) Webb of South Jordan, Kendall (Mary) Webb of New Mexico, Jeffrey (Nancy) Webb of South Jordan, Sonya (Dale) Hill of Gunnison, James (Diana) Webb Jr. of West Jordan, Gregory (Gwen) Webb of South Jordan. Also survived by brother, Sherman Lee of Fayette, 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Also nephews, nieces, extended family and one very special cousin, Judy Hutchings. Preceded in death by her parents, 3 grandchildren (Michael, Megan, Daniel) many aunts, uncles and cousins.\n\nThe family would like to express their gratitude to Summit Home Health & Hospice, Becky, Jill & Dana, for the loving care they provided.\n\nFuneral services will be held Friday, August 27th 2010 at 1:00pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley Chapel located at 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S). Interment Mountain View Memorial Estates.
