June Colianna, “June Bug”, passed away February 17, 2012 in Sandy, Utah.\n\nJune was a beautiful, vivacious lady, adored by all those she came in contact with. She was an example of love and kindness, who always cared for others, not only in her family, but her friends and loved ones as well. She befriended those around her by her cheery personality, and sweet spirit. She also had a wonderful sense of humor and could put a smile on everyone’s face.\n\nJunie enjoyed playing and watching golf, she was an avid follower of the Utah Jazz, and loved to be outside in her garden. She spent her days painting, cooking, and hosting parties; she was an amazing homemaker. But most of all she loved spending time with her family.\n\nJune was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Colianna; siblings, Dewey and Dice Bird, Colleen Nelson and Lois Johnston. She is survived by her son, John and his wife, Shelley; grandchildren, Heidi Franklin, Kristopher (Melanie), Brandi, Courtney; her great-grandchildren, Ian, Alex, Adrienne, Bri, Kaleb and Madelyn; sisters, Betty Crafts, Joyce Butler, Nickie (Dick) Titmus and brother, Brent (Lenore) Bird.\n\nA celebration of her life will be held at her home on Sunday, February 19, 2012, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at 450 Sandy Oaks Drive, Sandy, UT.
