Karolynn Burrows

Karolynn Kay Burrows (nee Killian), age 84, of Cottonwood Heights, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2025. She was born on September 22, 1940, in Roosevelt, Utah, to the late Clarence and Sarah Emily Killian.

Karolynn was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel loved and special. Her caring spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Jerry; adored son David Kim; parents Clarence and Emily; and siblings Lester, Reva, Claud, Dean, Blaine, Dale, and Carma.

Karolynn is survived by her daughter Sheri Olson; grandchildren Brittani, Mindy, Brandon (Aaron), and Brett; and great-grandchildren Zoey Burrows and Kashlyn Roberts. She also leaves behind her sister Sharon Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.

A graveside service will be held according to Karolynn's wishes on February 21, 2025, at 2:30 PM at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 S. Vine St. Murray, UT. 84107.
