Katelyn Diane Spiers Obituary (1990 - 2018)

Katelyn Diane Spiers passed away on April 2nd, 2018. She was born on July 16th, 1990 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Pamela and Brent Spiers. She graduated from Murray High School in 2008 and was pursuing a degree in Psychology. Throughout her life, Katie had a great love for all animals. She found joy in raising chickens, playing ball with her dogs, and caring for her snake. Katie had a passion for cooking, gardening, and was often found outside tending to the yard. She loved camping, riding ATV’s, and enjoyed time spent outdoors. She also recently found a lot of joy in helping to care for her niece, Ruby. Katie was preceded in death by her parents, Pamela and Brent Spiers. Katie is survived by her sister, Ellie (Andrew) Rendon; and her niece, Ruby Rendon. A celebration of life will be held with close family and friends at 214 E. Layne Drive, Midvale, UT on Sunday, April 8th, 2018 at 1:00pm.
