Kathleen Ann Meadows

Kathy loved helping people when she could. She loved animals greatly, whether they were hers or not. She enjoyed spoiling them. Kathy served honorably in the United States Navy as a dental assistant. She also worked as a postal carrier for many years.
Kathy is survived by Weebie ("Verla") ; Auntie Mom ("Arvilla") ; George; Minnie ("Myra"); brother, Herbert (Cynthia) Meadows; 3 Nieces; 3 Nephews; 6 Great-Nieces; 4 Great-Nephews; and 2 Great-Great-Nieces. Preceded in death by her mother, Kimiyo Suzuki; father, Chauncey Meadows; and sister, Marian Meadows.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 1, 2015, at 12 Noon at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, UT, with a visitation from 11-11:45 a.m. Her burial will then follow at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 S. Camp Williams Rd., Bluffdale, UT with military honors.
