Kathleen Kitchen Merrill Pemberton

“Beloved Wife and Mother”Kathleen K. Pemberton succumbed to cancer at 9:20 p.m., Saturday, 17 July, 2010. She was born 14 July, 1954, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Harold Kitchen and Flora Osness Magera (step-father Ernest Magera).Kathleen will be remembered for her love of music, zest for life and infectious laugh. She was kind, and generous to a fault. She loved all children and small animals.She is survived by her husband, Micheal S. Pemberton and their grandson Skylar J. Merrill; Children, Chrystal (Martin) Barron, Stephanie (Christian) Matthews, Ernie (Amy) Merrill, Anna (Rafael) Fajardo; Step-children, Laura, Marissa and Jameson Pemberton; 13 grandchildren; Siblings, Donny, John, James, Dora and Mike. Preceded in death by parents and siblings, Billy, Chuck, Vic and Mary.Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m., at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S State, Murray, Utah. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. at Murray City Cemetery, 5600 S Vine St.
