Kaui Leinalani Siuolavahi Siatulagi Sika passed away December 4, 2009 in Murray, Utah. Born on March 12, 1980 in Kahuku, Hawaii to Viliami and Jeniel Kanahele Sika.\n\nShe resided in Salt Lake City, Utah. Kaui worked for Homewatch Care Givers. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served the Lord in the California, San Francisco Mission. Kaui loved music, specifically playing the piano, working with the youth and lovingly teased everyone who knew her.\n\nSurvived by three brothers: Brennan, Kawehi, Braden and one sister: JaNae Sika.\n\nA memorial service will be held Monday, December 7, 2009 from 5-8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Stake Center, 7645 South 3200 West, West Jordan, Utah. Services in Laie, Hawaii North Stake on Saturday December 12, 2009.\n\nWe would like to thank the Intermountain Medical Center Neurological ICU Unit for the service and care they gave to our family and especially Kaui.
