Layne Davis Hansen Obituary (1962 - 2010)

Layne Davis Hansen passed away January 14, 2010 in Salt Lake City of heart failure. He was born February 13, 1962 in Salt Lake City to LaMar and Betty Hansen.When Layne was young, he was active in skiing and golfing. He lived in various Western states but called Utah home. He attended high school in Arizona and graduated from cooking school in Colorado. Some of his happiest times were the years spent as a cook in a mountain ski resort.Layne is survived by his parents; brother, Rusty (Jill) Hansen; sister, Lori (Maurie) Winter; and nieces, Virginia L’Etoile and Crystal Winter.More than any other activity, Layne enjoyed spending time with his family. “Layne, we will never forget you.
