Leah LaVon Jenkins Crossgrove, 87, passed away on January 19, 2022 in South Jordan, Utah. She was born on February 20, 1934 in Midvale, Utah to Elton LeRoy Jenkins and Ellanor Silcox Jenkins. Leah grew up in Midvale, Utah and graduated from Jordan High School. She lived in Murray, and Colorado for a few years, until she returned to her home state of Utah where she remained the rest of her life. She had a successful career for 25 years in mortgage banking and belonged to many community organizations. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a gracious, lovely lady and will be dearly missed.\n\nLeah is survived by her daughter, Niki Naylor (Stephen), Queen Creek, Arizona, son, Jon B. Crossgrove, South Jordan, daughter Toni Crossgrove, Midvale, sister, LaRae Rasmussen, Sandy, brother, Douglas Jenkins (Carolee), Draper, many nieces and nephews, eight grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, sister Georgia, and her great-grandson, Luke Knight.\n\nFuneral services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 1:30 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah with a viewing from 12:30-1:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment at Midvale City Cemetery.
