Cupped and Committed!\nLeo James Waters III passed away on August 10, 2008. James was born November 15, 1979 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Leo James (Jim), Jr. and Donna Waters. He married Jennifer Mascaro on July 23, 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah.\nJames was a wonderful and loving father, husband, son, brother, nephew and friend. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer and had many talents. His greatest passion was racing cars. No matter what it was he could drive it and win. James’ most recent car at RMR was the Sprint car. He was always following in his father ‘Raging Jimmy Waters’ footsteps. He loved camping, deer hunting and being with his family. He could build anything from cars to houses. He recently built a beautiful house for his aunt. He was loved and respected by many for all he has done. He will be greatly missed. James’ legacy will live on forever.\nJames is survived by his parents Jim & Donna Waters, wife Jennifer, children; Kenzie, Tyson, Jeanille, Anthony, Timothy(T.J.), and Ryker. Also survived by his sister Danielle (Matt) Wyllie, grandparents Joe and Eddie Tumlinson and Leo Waters Sr., along with many aunts, uncles, and friends too numerous to mention. He is preceded in death by Granny Melba, Grandpa Mugs, Grandpa Dworaczyk, Grandma Jeanille, Uncle Richard and Aunt Monica Roberts.\nIn lieu of flowers donations can be made in the name of the Waters children fund at Cyprus Credit Union.\nFuneral Services will be held Friday, August 15, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S). A viewing will be held Thursday August 14, 2008 from 7:30 – 9:30 pm and one hour prior to the services on Friday. \nInterment Francis Cemetery in Francis, Utah.\nRace on Buddy - God Speed!
