Lois Parker Abeyta

–

Murray, UT

Murray, Utah – Our “Sweet Little LoLo” passed away peacefully in her sleep after 92 years.

Lois Ann Parker was born to Elmer Parker and Annie Redden in Provo, Utah and was raised in Helper, Utah with her siblings: Robert (Norma), Doris (Clarence), Marian (Julian) and Rulon (Linda). There she met the handsome love of her life, Ted Abeyta. In 1956 they married and moved to Murray, Utah to start their family and never left.

Besides being a wonderful wife and mother, she had a gentle soul – loving and accepting everyone. She was the perfect example of contentment and was unexpectedly funny. Always happiest just sitting beside her best friend of 66 years – Dad. They were often spotted at their favorite hangouts; Village Inn, Denny’s and La Frontera – each with staff they adored.

Survived by her devoted husband Ted; sons, Randy, Jeff (LuAnn); daughters, Linda (Mike), Sherry (Ken); 12 grandkids; and 16 great-grandkids. Also, survived by sister Marian and sister-in-law Linda.

Special thanks to her son Randy for his selfless care and attention. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

The family would like to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support. Condolences may be shared at www.jenkins-soffe.com.

Rest in Peace, LoLo
We will forever “Love You More”
