Louann B. Anderson, our dear aunt and beloved friend, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2020 at her home. Louann was born the tenth child to Zoram Bonanza Bell and Emily Louese Gibson on July 9, 1937. She married the love of her life, Andrew T. “Hap” Anderson, on August 17, 1972; they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on July 25, 1987.\r\n\r\nLouann worked as a secretary at Hill Air Force Base until after she married Hap. She worked for the IRS for many years and later returned to work at Hill Field where she retired in 1995.\r\n\r\nShe was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held many callings within the church. \r\n\r\nLouann's hobbies included oil painting, making candy with her family, camping, going to Wendover, and watching Blue Bloods.\r\n\r\nLouann is survived by her dear life-long friend, Joyce Wally (Sunset, UT); and many nieces and nephews. Louann was preceded in death by her parents; seven sisters (Venda, Della, Norma, Shirley, Inez, Ilene and Irene); and four brothers, (Normand, Ted, Bud, Lee).\r\n\r\nWe would like to thank Summit Hospice—especially Kylie and Ryan for the loving care provided.\r\n\r\nFuneral Services will be held, Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the West Point 16th LDS Ward, 4383 West 300 North, West Point, Utah 84015, where friends and family may visit from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the West Point City Cemetery, 80 North 4000 West, West Point, Utah.
