Mary Victoria Hollman Glines, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on October 25, 2006. Born on April 4, 1911 to Anna and John Hollman.\n\nShe spent her childhood with sisters, Jacketta and Hillevi in the Marmalade District of Salt Lake. She was an active leader in the Girl Scouts and worked for the Salt Lake Tribune.\n\nShe loved the mountains and enjoyed hiking, skiing, camping and spending time at the cabin with her family.\n\nMarried Charles Roland Glines in 1955. Previously married to Joseph McMullin.\n\nPreceded in death by parents, Anna and John Hollman; sisters, Jacketta Kratzel and Hillevi Morgan; husband, Charles Roland; and son, Weldon Glines (Dorene).\n\nSurvived by children, Elsie Martin (Sherman), William Glines (Louise); 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and loving nieces and a nephew.\n\nThe family wishes to express their appreciation for the loving care given by the staff of Atria Assisted Living.\n\nFuneral services will be held Saturday, October 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, where friends may call from 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
