Maryjane Hargreaves Obituary (1959 - 2023)

Mary Jane Simpson Hargreaves, 63, left this earth on April 8, 2023 after struggling for many years with health problems. She was born on July 8, 1959, the youngest child and only daughter of Lee Thomas Simpson and Luana Debenham Simpson. She had three older brothers to tease and love her as she grew up in Millcreek, Utah. After Mary Jane graduated from Olympus High School and took some college classes at Utah State University, she married Jack Hargreaves. They became the parents of Rusty and Paul. She adored her family. She worked for Salt Lake School District and the University of Utah. She also loved to cross-stitch beautiful tablecloths. During the past few years Jack and their sons have lovingly cared for her. Mary Jane is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Wayne and Kenny. She is survived by her husband, sons, her brother, Wes, and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Tanner Park.
