Michael F. Crosby

On August 7, 2010 Michael F Crosby finished his mortal journey and met his heavenly father with open arms.

Michael had a strong willful spirit. He was a successful business man who was very athletic. He loved being in touch with nature by camping, hiking, golfing & skiing. He was a member of the LDS church in which he accepted many callings. He had many friends who enjoyed his company & his quick wit.

In June of 2009 he was diagnosed with colon cancer which he valiantly fought while keeping a positive attitude and refusing to let his family dwell on the negative until the very end at which time he accepted his heavenly fathers plan. He loved unconditionally and enjoyed time with his family.

Michael is survived by: his wife, Cindy J. Crosby; children: Michael (Kacie) Crosby, Michele Crosby, Sindi (Chad) Hogenson, Nathan (Shanee) Crosby, Jennifer (Bentley) Crosby; brothers: Arnold (Susan) Crosby and Brent H. Crosby; his parents, Harvey F. & Cossette H. Crosby; and grandchildren, Adrian, Alexandra, Taylor, Braxton, Brandon and Skotlin.

Michael was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Jordan Underwood and grandson, Joshua Rydalch.

In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted for medical and burial expenses.

Funeral services will be at the LDS Church located at 855 E. Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville, UT on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. The viewings will be at the church on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Thursday. Interment: Bountiful City Cemetery.
