Mitzi’s Last RideBeloved wife of George Allen, Loving mother of Bayley and Taylor Dibble, Sister and best Friend to Trent and Dawn Hansen, Dear daughter of Gary Hansen and the late Patricia Eskelsen Hansen, Granddaughter to Fern 'Pat' Eskelsen. Mitzi has joined her loving mother Pat Eskelsen and Grandparents Kermit Eskelsen Sr., Dale and Ruth Hansen.Mitzi had a deep love for her children and family. Her energetic spirit and tenderness brightened everyone’s life. Her inner and outer beauty was a shining light to all around her. Her smile would light up any room, her passion and love is and will remain an everlasting impression on everyone.Mitzi was a kind, compassionate and loving wife, mother, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and great friend to many. She always forgave and never passed judgment. Her drive, determination and fearlessness were unequaled. She has impacted so many people, and lived such a huge life in such a short time. Her memory will live with all of us forever.She loved the open road with her husband George and all who would join them. Her fellow riders were in awe of the heart of such a lady. She always made people laugh whether she meant to or not and still maintained that stubborn streak we all came to love.Mitzi was dedicated to her profession at the Salt Lake City and West Valley Courts Systems for over 20 years where she was loved by all.Mitzi said no suits or fancy dresses required. If you ever rode with Mitzi or simply ride, RIDE! That’s what she would expect and want from all of us. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 26, 2010 at 12 Noon at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, with a viewing from 10:00-11:45 a.m. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers and on behalf of her children, donations can be made to any Zions Bank under the name of Mitzi Silva.
