Nancy Austin Dykman passed away December 22, 2012. Nancy was born August 2, 1932 to Merrill V. Austin and Beth Hadfield Austin in Salt Lake City. Nancy was a non-judgmental person who loved without reservation. She grew up in Ogden, attended Weber High School and Weber State College. Nancy married Thomas L. Dykman in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 18, 1955; their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City Temple.\n\nNancy, in addition to raising four children, worked as a legal secretary in Utah and Texas. Circumstances allowed them to retire and divide their time between Salt Lake and Mesa,\nArizona to enjoy endless summers. \n\nNancy is survived by her husband and her four children. Mike, his wife Michele (Gudat), Jill, her husband Brian Rendon, Paul, his wife Susan (Hofhine), Kris, her husband Christopher Weston. Nancy is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; a sister Annette, her husband Richard Miller; and brother, Rex, his wife Janet (Delong). She was preceded in death by sisters Mary Lou Wright, Diane Gibson and brother, Lynn. \n\nAt Nancy’s request, private services will be for family members. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
