\nSouth Jordan, Utah – Patricia (Patty) Stephenson Davis passed away on June 22, 2023, after battling with various health issues – including lupus and breast cancer – for the past 30 years. She kept her positive attitude and fighting spirit to the very end and has now reached her eternal home.\n\nPatty was born on September 13, 1950, in Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, the second of four children. She lived her entire life in Utah, graduating from LDS Business College and serving in various church positions. Patty was the quintessential homemaker: she cooked, she sewed, she baked (her cakes were legendary), she painted masterpieces, she cross-stitched, she typed (more than 150 words per minute as a medical transcriptionist), she comforted, she listened, she laughed, and she crushed any competition in Trivial Pursuit. \n\nPatty is survived by her four boys that she raised to be men, Dan (Liz), Andy, Rick, and Scott (Carly), as well as seven grandchildren, Paisley, Katherine, Abigail, Spencer, Amelia, Anistyn, and Shayden. She is also survived by her siblings Linda, Brent, and Karalee. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Bob, and her parents, Neldin and Della.\n\nFamily and friends are invited to share in the celebration of Patricia's life. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm MDT at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 1007 South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah, 84095. An additional viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 10:00 am MDT at Walden Hills Ward, 5555 South 700 West, Murray, Utah, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am MDT at the same location. For those unable to attend in person, the funeral service will be live-streamed at https://my.gather.app/remember/patricia-davis-jun-2023. \n\nWe encourage you to leave memories and upload photos to Patricia's memorial page, as we come together to celebrate her life and the profound impact she had on all who knew her.
