Paula Gordon Thomason passed away on October 3, 2023, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia.\n\nShe was born on December 25, 1943, in Francis, Utah. Paula lived in Park City for most of her life, graduating from Park City High School. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren, animals, partying with her Park City friends, and listening to country and western music.\n\nPaula is survived by her daughters: Debbie (Keith), and Tracy (Blake); her grandchildren: Jonathan (Tara), KayLee, Kaitlyn (Lincoln), Cade (Ellie) and Brody; and her great-grandchildren: Carter, and Grace. She is also survived by her siblings: Sharlene (Joe), and Kip. Other survivors include her sisters-in-law: Kathy, Julie and Susie.\n\nPaula was preceded in death by her husband, Bob; her parents, Deil and Beth; and her brother, Deil. Services were private, per Paula’s wishes, and burial will take place in Park City at a later date.\n\nIn lieu of flowers, Paula’s family would appreciate a donation to your local animal shelter, or another charity of your choice.\n\nThe family thanks Monique, B.J., Tristyn and the staff of the ‘Peaks at South Jordan’ for great care and compassion for Paula at the end of her life. The family would also like to extend a special thanks to her hospice nurse, Lisa of ‘Bristol Hospice’. Lisa was a true friend, sister, and daughter, and became Paula’s guardian angel with her gifts of love.
