“Penny”Magna, UT. Penny was an only child born to Alvin & Marie Belnap on February 22, 1941 in Salt Lake City, UT. She married Donald Park on June 2, 1962, sealed in the Salt Lake Temple in June 9, 1969.She was an active member of the LDS church and enjoyed her callings.She is survived by her spouse Donald Park; 4 children, Kristina Checkett, St. Louis, MO, Patrick Park (Kathy), Magna, UT, Denise Thorup (Quin), Riverton, UT and Mark Park (JaLynn), Magna, UT; and 11 grandchildren.Funeral services Thursday, February 9, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Lake Ridge 14th Ward, 7960 W Dalesend Dr. (2895 S), Magna. Viewing Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S State, Murray, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment: Utah Veteran’s Memorial Park.
