Penny Taylor

Penny (age 76), returned to her loving Heavenly Father November 15, 2023.

Penny was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother as well as a good friend, she was loving, and kind. She had gone through so much and with grace and a smile, she continued to give so much to her family and friends. Penny had such a wonderful sense of humor and could make anyone laugh or smile. She enjoyed serving the people of the State of Utah for several years, before retiring. She enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was such a crucial part of their lives. She loved watching them learn to do new things and continued to share her love of our Heavenly Father and Savior with them. She loved serving in the temple and doing the work of those who had passed on, the Temple was a place of peace, a refuge for her in the storms of life.

She will always be in our heart and memories. She is survived by her daughter Tammy, son- in- law Jack, Grandchildren Robert, KcRystal, Alex, Shaylee, Seth, Tanner, Faith, and Kaitlyn, Great Grandchildren Gavin, Jade, Lillee, Troy, Violette, Owen, and Evan. Brothers Dennis and Kraig, and sister Sandy as well as many Brother In-Laws and Sister In-Laws, Nieces and Nephews.

Preceded in Death by her Mother & Father, Husband Robert Taylor, Son Troy Taylor, Grandson Andrew, and many others that were loved and lost along the way.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing prior from 10:00-10:45 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 4760 S. State Street, Murray, Utah. Interment will follow at Murray City Cemetery.
