Phillip H. Smith Obituary (1974 - 2010)

Born to Vickie Anne Smith. Tragically passed away March 20, 2010. Survived by four children, Phillip Michael Smith, Shandra M. Smith, Vannessa M. Lowrie, Brett Smith; his two sisters, Christina S. (Phillip) Davis and Nicole K. Smith; his mother, Vickie; two uncles, Doug (Cori) Smith and Craig Smith; two nephews; six nieces; special friend Arvin G. Labrum. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward W. and Belva Rae VanValkenburg Smith; three uncles, Eddie, Billy, Michael Smith; one niece, Kylee Lauren Smith. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 1st at 11 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, with a viewing Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 10-10:45 a.m. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
