Rachael Watson Foy, 55, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Daughter passed away unexpectedly on October 29 in her sleep.

Rachael was born in Salt Lake City on September 25, 1966 to Clive and Barbara Watson. She achieved a master's degree from the University of Phoenix and went on to apply it to numerous business positions including the Utah Optometric Association, Foyco Properties, and others

Rachael was a paragon of strength and love. She thrived on meeting new friends and enjoying the many that she had; Rachael touched the lives of many openly offering love and friendship. She was a proud mother and grandmother doting on her two grandsons.

She had a passion for arts and crafts. always in the process of adding a new conquest that included knitting and making her famous Zucchini bread which she sold to benefit various charities.

Rachael was dedicated to her family and was a strong thread in maintaining the family’s integrity.

Rachael is survived by her husband, David; two sons, Trais (Muriel) and Christopher; two grandsons, Jude and Rhett and father, Clive Watson.

Rachael will be remembered at a Ceremony of Life on November 21, 2021 from 12:00 - 200 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway, (10600 So.) South Jordan, Utah
