Randy Willis Gabbard, Born January 22, 1958 in Orlando, Florida to mother Hazel Anne Johnson. He was adopted by Bill Willis Gabbard at the age of 5. Bill was Randy’s father until Randy’s death. Randy was happily married to Sharon R (Pratt) Gabbard on August 15th 1983. He was an expert in asphalt construction. He was well thought of and moved up in the ranks at the asphalt company that he was employed at. He gave that all up to be present for the birth of his only child, Megan Renee Gabbard. He treasured the time he spent with his daughter, walking her to school or teaching her how to take care of her car. He loved his role as a Father and Husband to his wife Sharon Gabbard.

He is survived by his wife Sharon R (Pratt) Gabbard, daughter Megan R Gabbard, sister Tracie Lee Aveytua, and nephew Irving Jr. Aveytua.

The memorial service will be held October 8th, 2024 at the LDS Church located at 3963 South 3485 West, WVC, UT 84119.
