Rosemari Hansen Ridgeway\n6/18/1962 - 12/31/2022\n\nRosemari (Rose) passed away 12/31/2022 at her home in Meridian, ID. She was surrounded by her loving family, after a year long struggle with ovarian cancer. Rosemari was born in SLC to parents Ralph and Ruth Hansen. She married Brian Ridgeway on 07/01/1983 and they raised their 3 children, Kristi, Kyle and Kelsi in South Jordan, UT. They moved to Meridian, ID in 2005 where they lived until her passing. Rosemari enjoyed doing all sorts of crafts and sharing those talents with family and friends. She was an accomplished cookie decorator and was just starting a cookie business when she was diagnosed with cancer. Rosemari loved to travel and was able to go on several trips during the last year of her life. She was also able to spend a lot of time with her children and grandchildren. Rosemari was loved by everyone whose lives she touched. We will miss her sense of humor and sassiness immensely. \n \nShe is survived by her husband, Brian Ridgeway; Children Kristi (Robert) Pengra, Eagle Mountain, UT; Kyle Ridgeway, Eagle Mountain, UT; Kelsi Ridgeway, Meridian, ID; Her grandchildren Kolby (10), Madisyn (7), Blakelyn (9 mo.). Her brother Robert (Diane) Hansen; sisters Raeann (Lamar) Peterson, Ronalyn (Ralph) Fallentine, Robyn Hansen; and numerous other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Ruth Hansen and her brother Ronald Hansen. \n \nMemorial services will be held at the River 3rd Ward located at 1540 w. 10400 s. South Jordan, UT on January 14th at 12:00pm. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Idaho.
