Sandra Lee Stobing (Samson)

Our beloved Sandy has returned peacefully to our Heavenly Father’s arms during her third battle with cancer. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Sandy most recently resided in Kearns, where she was an active member of the LDS church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but truly loved being with her granddaughter. She was anxiously awaiting the birth of her grandson, whom we know she is spoiling before he joins our family.
Sandy is survived by her son, James Pratt (Tiffany McPhee), granddaughter Kaycee, soon-to-be grandson; mother, Evelyn Samson; sister, Kathleen Samson; “adopted” family: Jared, Amy, Dawnaven and Ethan Burke; and many dear friends.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Mervyn Stobing and her father, James Samson.
A memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, November 26 at 4:00 p.m. in the Park Wood LDS chapel, 5927 S. Park Wood Dr. Kearns, UT.
