Stacey Ann Buchanan

Stacey Ann Buchanan was the daughter of Robin Facer and Barry Buchanan; sister to April Washburn; a mother of four; and amazing friend to many people. Stacey was the strongest, most hardworking, independent woman, and if you knew her well enough, you'd know that she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. No matter how difficult her life got or how big of struggles she faced, she never gave up. Her big heart and dedication is what lead her to her biggest accomplishment—her four beautiful children: Aaliyah, Lyric, Markale, and Drayson. They were her world and what pushed her to go and be better. Stacey strived to be the best she could be for her children to ensure them a successful future. It is her that has structured the minds of her bright, young, blooming babies. That wouldn't have been possible without the love and support of her close friends, family, and peers. Now, she is capable of loving each and every one of us with her whole heart. The impact she had on this world is tremendous and will never be forgotten.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 6, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street, with a viewing for friends and family Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at www.jenkins-soffe.com
