Tevita Tuitavake Obituary (1938 - 2025)

In Loving Memory of Tevita Tali Tuitavake October 15, 1938 – October 10, 2025 Tevita Tali Tuitavake, loving known as Tali, was a kind husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Born in Leimatu’a, Vava’u, Tonga, to Nelsoni Tuitavake and Amelia Fele’unga Palā. Tali lived a long and beautify life filled with faith, laughter, and love. He was known for his kind and generous heart, his sense of humor that could brighten any room, and his optimistic spirit that inspired all who knew him. Many remember him with a talent of capturing memories through videos and pictures. Tali built a wonderful life with his eternal companion, Lilio Tuitavake, and together they created a legacy centered on family and faith. Later in life, Tali spent many cherished years in the United States surrounded by his children and grandchildren. Tali is survived by his children: Keleki Tuitavake, Viliami Tuitavake, Lloyd Amasio, and Manu Tuitavake. He now rejoices in reunion with his beloved eldest daughter, Fehi Niualiku, who passed away in January 2022. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each whom admire his legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering faith in God. His funeral services will be October 17, 2025. The family viewing will be from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, with the bishop’s program following from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (4660 W 5015 S, Kearns, UT 84118). The interment will follow at Memorial Redwood Mortuary at 2:30 pm (6500 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT 84123). Tali’s life was a beacon of light to his family and community. His warmth, strength, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Funeral Services will be held on October 17, 2025.
